BoxLinks Limited Liability Company acknowledges the importance of protecting the privacy of BoxLinks.com users. The information we collect is used to improve the services we offer, to improve our website's content, and, with your permission, to contact you with updates to our website or other marketing information.  BoxLinks may share information obtained on this site with any other company(s) or sell information obtained on this site to any company(s), business partners, or other vendors and service providers external to BoxLinks (“third parties”).  In addition, certain areas of BoxLinks.com require registration or a password to gain access. Information obtained through those sites may also be used for commercial and other business purposes.

While our business and website is meant for only commercial information and non-personal information, in the event that we obtain any personal data from you or the user, such data will be processed for the purposes of provider’s/customer’s administration, and/or performance of the agreement/contract which is binding on the two companies and all communication related to shipping and logistics on a business-to-business basis. While your personal data will not, any other information or data, such as business or commercial data may be transferred to third parties and will be held for the legally established period for storage and prescription of liability.  And we will also use information to improve the website.

We hereby confirm that, upon your request at any time or if desired, an immediate removal and deletion from our company database will be taken from the particular circular list. We are at your disposal.

The BoxLinks.com webserver uses an extended log file format which captures: date and time of visit, refer address (location from which a visitor comes to BoxLinks.com), type of Internet browser, and visitor's IP address. (Each computer that connects to the Internet is assigned a unique number, an IP Address, for identification purposes). The log file does not capture a visitor's name or email address.

Again, while our website is designed to take in only business or commercial information, there may be instance that a driver information may be requested to be input on BoxLinks.com.  We may also have a "request password" section.  Users or vendors may be required to create and have a logon ID to access the Online Services Portion of the website. This area may be expanded without notice. Even in this area, only your name, address, email address, and business profile are requested. This information is collected to help us further develop our services, to provide you access to valuable BoxLinks Internet-based information and services.

Currently, we do not anticipate that our services will be subject to any rules and policies of GDPR.  In the event that our website is subject to GDPR, we will duly update not only our internal data management protocols but we will also make the necessary announcement on this Privacy Policy page.
